Biblical Authority
We embrace the Word of God as our final authority. The Heart and Nature of God is revealed through His Word. I am to base my life on the principles of the Word of God. Maximum freedom is found under God’s authority.
Intimacy with God
Our desire is to know God as He really is, not as we want Him to be. Therefore we are willing to surrender control of our lives for the sake of intimacy with our Heavenly Father.
Relevant Environments
We believe in using what is cultural to say what is timeless. The principles of the Word of God never change, however the methods must continually change in order to be relevant. Being culturally relevant is not optional. It is absolutely necessary. We seek to follow Jesus’ example by building a bridge relationally to turn a light on spiritually.
Relational Evangelism
We believe in promoting what we truly believe to people we really care about. We seek to become trusted friends for the sake of eternity because people matter to God and everyone will live forever, somewhere!
Authentic Community
As people we need a place where we can connect relationally, be known by others and be able to ask the hard questions of life in an atmosphere of love and acceptance.
Strategic Service
Each person here should ask themselves: In the light of the Mission and Strategy of the Local Church where am I to serve individually? In light of what God is doing and what is happening now, where can I use my gifts and abilities to make the greatest difference?
Intentional Apprenticing
We define success as bringing someone along to take my place and do it better because we believe that there is no “success” without a “successor”. We know that there will always be a “next” on our way to our “ultimate” calling.
