LITTLE KIDS at Polaris

LITTLE KIDS at Polaris is our children's ministry for ages 6 weeks through 1st grade. If you enjoy caring for young children or have a passion for teaching, this area is both exciting and rewarding.

Time Commitment:

10am - 12:15pm, one Sunday a month

Requirements:

To ensure the safety of all children, we ask that all volunteers complete a background check and fill out an application specific to LITTLE KIDS at Polaris.

Positions:

Nursery Volunteer (0 - 24 months) - This area does not require any preparation prior to Sunday morning, but volunteers in this position should feel comfortable caring for infants.

Lead Teacher (2yrs - 1st grade) - The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing a lesson for their scheduled Sunday. All materials are easy to access and download from our online community, CCB, and the church workroom is available during the week for use. Craft materials, object lessons, and copying resources are provided.

Classroom Assistant - Classroom Assistants support the lead teacher with Checkin/Check out, activities, crowd control, and the lesson plan.

Worship Team - Volunteers should be animated and able to lead children into worship through song, dance, and hand motions.
