Upward Basketball and Cheerleading

Upward is a first-class sports experience that emphasizes healthy competition, sportsmanship, skills building and fun versus the "win-at-all-costs" mentality found in many children sports leagues. Upward coaches and referees play a vital role in that. For as little as a two hour per week investment, you can make an eternal difference in the life of a child. Will you be one making a difference and pulling out the winner in children this season?

Time Commitment:

COACHES
Teams practice one hour per week for 10 weeks from mid January to Mid March. Games are also one hour per week on Saturdays from Mid January to mid March.
REFEREES
Upward Refs are vital to the success of our Upward League. They are assigned as many as two games per week (unless there is a desire to do more) each Saturday beginning Mid January and going through Mid March.
